Where is the information about MS509 software update?

I have recently purchased a MaxiScan MS509 but it can´t read one of my cars that have a J1850PWM protocol. When I connect the scanner on it it says it is not possible to make a connection. The car is a 1998 Grand Blazer, tha uses gasoline and has a 4.1 6 cylinder motor. This car was assembled in Argentina and has a Bosch Motronic ignition module. Thank for your help, Sergio -

I suggest you check your connection. Make sure the DLC is connected securely.
